On a beautiful stretch of pedestrian-only beach, Wyndham Daytona Beach-Ocean Walk is a 25-story beachfront property that's part of a 80,000-sq-ft. resort & entertainment complex. There's a variety of great restaurants, specialty shops, & an amphitheater on the boardwalk. The space No cleaning fee! Located on the 11th or 14th floor, this spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit offers a generously-equipped complete kitchen with a king in the master, two full beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6-8. Parking clearance is 7'4". A valid parking pass must be displayed at all times while in the garage. Please understand that no trailers or boats are allowed in the garage. Vehicles with a clearance higher than 7’4” will not fit in the parking garage. The City of Daytona offers additional parking which is available for a nominal fee just across the street from the resort. Please contact the Front Desk with questions. Pool & Hot Tub Information: There are no lifeguards on duty. Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 12 a.m. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Guests must confirm first and last name, as listed on a photo ID, when requesting to book. Once a guest name is listed on a WorldMark by Wyndham reservation, it is non-transferable and unalterable; the reservation can only be updated to a different guest name for a $99 guest transfer fee. At check-in, all WorldMark/Wyndham resorts require that the name on the reservation match ID. Primary guest must be 21 years or older, have a valid credit card, photo ID, and be physically present for check-in. Upon arrival, guests will receive room assignment and parking pass. The units are assigned at random upon check-in (like a hotel), so unit location and view vary. Since you're our guests, onsite management of the resort requires a $250 refundable security deposit on a credit card in the event of missing items or damage. Security deposit hold will be released approximately 24-48 hours after checkout. Standard bank processing times apply. *It doesn't matter whose name is on the credit card you use to pay for your booking on Airbnb. The $250 refundable damage deposit is charged by the WorldMark by Wyndham resort at the time of check-in and has no connection to Airbnb or any payment methods used when booking your stay.* Pets are NOT allowed in the units or on the resort property. Pictures from this listing may be slightly different than actual (i.e. furniture, paint, etc.) as the resort is maintaining/upgrading units regularly. If there’s a sales team at the resort, the timeshare tour is NOT required for this reservation and it’s NOT required to obtain your parking pass.
