To ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in, the full names and ages of all guests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to arrival. License plate numbers for all vehicles are also required for neighborhood access. 🚗 Maximum number of vehicles allowed: 5. Any additional vehicles must receive prior HOA approval. For security reasons, only guests and vehicles submitted in advance will be permitted entry. Anyone not on the approved list will be turned away at the gate, so please be sure to send all required information ahead of time. POOL AND SPA HEAT:(We recommend adding heat from October to March) ✨It is an optional amenity for $35/night. ✨The spa will NOT heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased. ✨It will run from 9am-9pm, . Pool heat is set to 85 degrees and spa heat is set to 100 degrees ✨Pool cleanings are scheduled every week, so you might see our pool staff during your stay. ✨During winter, note that Pool heat is relative to outdoor temperature. When weather goes below 60degrees, pool heat might not reach desired temperature and would NOT be able to refund if added. ✨Pool heat and spa heat does not work at the same time. If you turn on spa mode, the heat switches to the spa from the pool and vice versa ✨We recommend letting the pool heat reach your desired temperature before turning on the spa. 2. SPA ONLY heating:(This is recommended during the summer months (May-September) ✨It is an optional amenity for $25/night if you would like to enjoy the spa, especially in the evenings/nights. 3. BBQ GRILL ✨Flat fee of $50 for your entire stay, subject to availability. ✨Note that the tank may or may not have propane in it from prior renters, so to ensure you have propane, you should get a tank refill upon your arrival. 4. OUTDOOR POOL PROJECTOR ✨ It only functions effectively at night when there is little to no ambient light, as light from surrounding sources can wash out the projected image, making it difficult to see. ✨ It will NOT work during the day, when light is still out. 5. For your convenience, we provide guests with STARTER KIT, which includes toilet paper, paper towel, toiletries, dishwasher detergent, mini sponge, washer pods, coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix, the nearest grocery store, just a 5-minute drive away (1200 Champions Dr, Davenport, FL 33897). 5. DAILY TRASH PICK UP ✨ Trash is picked up everyday between 7 and 8 am. ✨ Make sure to place trash in the brown bin placed by the entry door. 6. SECURITY ✨ Championsgate is a gated community with 24 Hour Security ✨ For property and guest safety, we have external cameras in the premises. 7. QUIET HOURS ✨10pm to 7am 8. TRAILERS, BUSES, SLING SHOTS, CAMPERS, RV are NOT allowed in the community. 9. USPS does NOT DELIVER MAIL. ONLY UPS and FEDEX.
