The entire first floor, with all its areas, is designated for guests, including two parking spaces. We, the homeowners, live on the second floor, but your privacy will not be affected as we have independent entrances. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. We look forward to welcoming you! The space The home includes in house laundry, outdoor play/fun area, jacuzzi, spacious porch to sit and relax, and air hockey table. You will find a serene landscape surrounding the property, hanging wicker rattan egg chair swing with comfy cushions and pillows, two hammocks, fire pit, propane BBQ, coconut palms, and enclosed paved lounge area. Nine guests will comfortably enjoy their stay in this gorgeous home with amenities that include five flat screened televisions (47" and 65"), Wi-Fi, Amazon Fire Stick, Keurig coffee/tea maker with a variety of flavors available, utensils, cookware, porcelain plates, wine and drink glasses, coffee cups, fresh white towels, linens, pillows and bedsheets, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, washer and dryer, iron, hairdryers, and laundry detergent. Owner lives on the second floor on the property with a private exterior entrance (no access to the main home). Property is equipped with exterior cameras. Sprinklers are scheduled for 5am and 8pm. Trash can is located on the left side of the garage. Maximum parking capacity: 2 cars, they must be located in front of the house, one behind the other without blocking the garage Other things to note House rules include no smoking or vaping of any kind (inside the home), no drugs, no pets allowed, no parties, no loud music, and remaining respectful towards all neighbors. Not complying to the above will not be tolerated. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund. The house has two floors. The entire first floor is reserved for guests.
