The house features sliding glass doors throughout, which allow you a view of the inter-coastal from every room! Our home is located within walking distance to historic Dearborn street where you can find awesome restaurants and great shopping (make sure you check out the weekly farmers market!!!). Grocery stores, 24 hour convenience stores, and pharmacies are located less then 2 miles away, Only a 5 minute drive to Englewood beach/Stump Pass and 10 minutes to Venice beach the houses is loaded with everything you need; including beach-chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, sunscreen, beach mat and even a Florida snow shovel (sand sifter) which will help you find the best shark teeth around! If you want to just relax at home for the day we have lounge chairs, and outdoor seating, and patio area. You can fish off the dock with the fishing equipment we have provided, or you are more then welcome to use the two person Kayaks we have out on the floating dock. We are within 10 minutes of world renowned golf courses, tennis, jet-skiing, parasailing, boat rentals, and amazing dolphin tours. The first floor of the house has an open floor plan, the kitchen is stocked with oven, flat top stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender (for the tropical frozen drinks), pots/pans, all the cooking utensils. We also have a binder with phone numbers and menus to our favorite local restaurants, both take out, delivery and sit-down for when you don't feel like cooking! The living room, and both bedrooms have cable TV and the house has lighting fast WIfi as well as a cable to plug in directly to the router. Both bedrooms have plush queen sized beds, and a fantastic view of the water. The living room has a couch and love least and it's a perfect spot to come together after and long day and play one of our many board games or grab a book of the bookshelf and relax. Everything you need will be provided, so just pack your bags!!!
