Parking is included for $50 per stay. The space You will have access to all of our amenities including a gym, sauna, steam room, 4 pools, tiki bar and rooftop terrace. The apartment itself has 2 Smart TVs with cable, wifi, Sofa Bed in the living room, a full kitchen, dish washer, washer/dryer in unit and patio with beautiful city views. You are centrally located, a quick 10 minute Uber ride to South Beach, Wynwood, Design District, Brickell, Calle Ocho. Parking is included. The main bedroom has a California King size bed, desk perfect for working with a beautiful view of the bay, Smart TV, bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a twin bed that pulls out to a king size bed. We look forward to hosting you in Miami! Other things to note: For the safety of our guests and neighbors, the building requires guest registration through TenantEvaluation and a standard lease-agreement. This is similar to providing your ID to the front desk of a hotel upon checking in. This can take up to 5 business days so please book accordingly. There is a cost of $150/person and a $200 management fee per booking (similar to a resort fee). We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
