The home is located in a beautifully wooded/shaded residential neighborhood conveniently located near grocery stores and dining options. Distance to local areas: Clearwater Beach: 6.8 miles (15 minutes without traffic). It’s a straight shot. Dunedin: 5.6 miles (13 minutes without traffic) Safety Harbor: 4.3 miles (12 minutes without traffic) Tampa Center: 30-35 minutes without traffic St Petersburg City: 19 miles (25 minutes without traffic) St Pete Beach: 17 miles (30 minutes without traffic) Tampa Airport: 16 miles (21 minutes without traffic) We have 2 driveways for parking. As for getting around, your best bet is to rent or have a car or use Uber/Lyft. There are bus options nearby if you’d prefer. Please park in the driveways as the garage is used for laundry and storage.
