The 50’ dock has plenty of space for your boat and features an outdoor shower, fish cleaning table and ladder. Your vacation home sits just seven houses from the open waters of the river and includes the use of four kayaks that will get you to the river in just minutes. The house comfortably sleeps six adults and features two master bedrooms (king beds), two bathrooms, family room with two sofas and a recliner and a Florida room that serves as an additional family room/sleeping area with a queen sleeper sofa, 2 comfy chairs and dining room table for four. Additional features include boat trailer parking, Wi-Fi, cable TV, BBQ grill, washer, dryer, one car garage with refrigerator/freezer, four adult & youth life vests, fully stocked kitchen, regular coffee maker, blender, mixer and crockpot. If weather keeps you indoors, we have puzzles, games and books for you to enjoy. Your Crystal River vacation home is one and a half miles to the east of the Fort Island Trail Park & Boat Ramp, four miles from Ft. Island Trail Beach, and four miles west of the Plantation Inn and Golf Resort as well as Winn-Dixie and numerous restaurants. By water the options are endless… explore and fish pristine grass flats and backcountry mangrove forests that are full of redfish, snook and trout or the nearshore shallow waters that are home to some of the best scalloping in the state as well as cobia, gag grouper, tarpon, triple tail and black drum. When you’re not fishing you can cruise to Kings Bay, Three Sisters Spring, Hunter Springs, numerous waterfront restaurants and the Plantation Inn & Golf Resort.
