There is so much to do in the area. So close to a local park, playground area, splash pad, town beach area and two restaurants. We are so close to New Haven, outlet shopping, even the casino isn't far away. Parking near the beach is permit only or paid at the town lots. But we have two spaces in the driveway and a parking pass for quests. PET POLICY- We allow well behaved animals with a nonrefundable fee of $200.
