Charming home is on Lake Gem in Debary's Town Center... 6% Volusia County Tourist Tax Included In Price !!! The Ocean, Daytona Beach, and Orlando are about 30 minutes away. It'll take you about an hour to get to the theme parks and Disney World. Please contact us after booking with arrival time. You'll have you're own keys to the house and the room. You may come and go as you please. Normally check in is after 2pm with 2 hours notice, check out is at 11am, but we can be flexible... The space Very cozy home with lots of cool nic-nacs... Janie's a musician so you may get to hear her practicing for her next performance... Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV with 300 channels and some premium movie channels included... Guest access You'll stay in a nicely appointed private bedroom with shared use of living room, kitchen, dining area, large patio and yard overlooking the lake... the bathroom with whirlpool spa is shared with myself when I'm downstairs, and any friends or family that stay or are just passing through... During your stay Janie lives here and sometimes her son Dave does as well, they are available if needed... They can also advise you on adventures in the area...
