This heated pool house is well situated and well-maintained in a cul-de-sac and is central to the beach (15 minute drive to Anna Maria Island), IMG Academy, The Bradenton Country Club, famous Riverwalk, downtown and numerous restaurants and shopping options. Enjoy your own private oasis with plenty of space for your family and friends with 3 bedrooms that can sleep 8 guests and a fourth bonus room that can sleep 2 additional guests The space As you drive up to the home, you are greeted by a very large front yard that leads to the carport on the right and the modern and beautiful front door on the left. Opening the front door reveals the living room space with 75 inch smart TV with the dining room area behind it and a view into the enclosed Florida room. All the 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and the additional bonus room can sleep two additional guests and can also be used as a dedicated workspace with a work desk and a relaxing work chair. BEDROOMS Welcome into the arms of comfort. You’ll love each and every one of our bedrooms, where you can cozy up under the softest blankets Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed with two large closets Bedroom 2: Bunk double bed and twin on top and additional slide out twin bed Bedroom 3: Full bed Bonus room: Two twin beds. This room also has a brick fireplace and a dedicated workspace Fully equipped kitchen Dining in--- the dining room table has seating for 6 ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME - Free parking on the premise (up to 4 vehicles) - Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper and soap provided - Washer/Dryer - Beach equipment: sand chairs, cooler bag provided. - Central Air & Heating, (bonus room with portable window vent AC/Heater) - Fast wi-fi Enclosed Florida room is a great place to relax on relaxing outdoor furniture and the room flows to the caged big heated pool 32" by 16". The pool has a deep end so watch your little ones and any non swimmers. Also relax and enjoy the seating area next to the pool with a relaxing outside furniture set and a gas firepit (propane will not be refilled). Beyond the pool cage, enjoy a spacious fenced backyard, patio seating, and a relaxing hammock—ideal for unwinding after a day of Florida adventures. Hammock can withstand maximum 300 pounds of weight. So whether you choose to spend your day visiting Bradenton and Anna Maria Island’s many attractions, or simply wish to lounge around our heated pool with a drink in hand, our home will definitely be the right pick for you! Guest access Guests will have access to entire house except the outside shed Other things to note 1. Please read the guestbook Info like trash days, wifi passwords, and other things you need to know is located in the book. 2. Any people other than those in the guest party (renter) are the sole responsibility of the guest (renter). Parties and events are not allowed. 3. This home is privately owned. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on-premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 4. Please be considerate to the neighbors and not have loud music after 10 pm 5. All items in the home and on the property, including books and games are intended for entertainment and enjoyment of the guests while staying at the house and are not to be removed from the home or property. The only exception would be those items which are intended for use at the beach. 6. No smoking allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. ($500 cleaning fee applies if found smoking in house or smoke smell) 7. Pool settings are all scheduled. Pool heat is set to 85 degrees from 11 AM - 7 PM, however pool temps are impacted if the weather temp drops. So, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. 8. Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit are provided 9. No vehicle should be parked on grass area. Parking is allowed on driveway and can accomodate upto 3 vehicles
