This charming little house perfect for a Couple getaway. A comfy Queen-size bed, full bathroom with toiletries, kitchen equipped with basic cookware, a washer/dryer, smart TV. Come Stay with me! The space This little house is an independent home in the back of main house, but with a completely separate private entrance and parking. With Lots of sunshine and peace, the home is equipped with keyless entry (your phone is the key), black out curtains throughout, medium size Smart tv, Wifi, a nice living room area with plenty of seating including a comfortable leather couch. The bathroom has a large shower with handheld shower head combo, full length mirror, basic essentials for 5 days worth of travel. Bathroom also has blow dryer & some basic essentials. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (BYO), dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, and all the basic cookware you need including basic spices & some teas. The home is equipped with a combo washer/dryer for laundry. Sleeping area has one queen size bed with fresh linens & plenty of charging stations for your devices. Dining area is quaint with a table and two chairs. There are also books for rainy days. In laundry area you find a small ironing board and iron. Little house has plenty of storage space for your travel. The parking is located along the fence which is very large and can accommodate more than one vehicle. This precious location offers fast access to: downtown Tampa (5 mins), TPA airport (8 mins), University of Tampa, Soho District, Armature Works, Benchmark Arena, Convention Center, Riverwalk, Raymond James, Sparkman Wharf, Port Of Tampa, Midtown, Busch Gardens, Casino, International Mall, gyms, supermarkets, and major highways leading to beaches like Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Guest access The address will direct you to the main house, however the entrance is along La Salle St, (home is in dead end intersection) along a long white fence which has two gates and your gate is the far end towards a large tree. Home is keyless entry, and you will have to get a text msg (not from this platfom, a REAL text on your cell), with invite from August Smart lock. You then click on the link that you received via text, create your login and you should see my property show up on the screen. Then you are all set. Very easy to set up, it takes 2 minutes. Must have bluetooth on at all times. Please read "check in instructions" tab for contacting me & to set up. This check in procedure will be avail 48 hours prior to your check in. Please do not wait until last minute to do that as i am not available at all hours of the day/night. You may park anywhere along the fence closer to your gate entrance which is the second gate (pics). There is a Large tree that is right by your entrance for reference. The gate is long so it fits two cars. You may also pull in but I don't recommend because some people may damage gate when driving/ backing out. Once you open the gate you will see the little house door and may enter using your phone once set up with august. The light outside is dusk to dawn sensor, so leave it on (switch by the door entrance). Once by door, The app will display my property and the check in and out dates, and display a circle. A green circle means door is unlocked, tap on circle and it will lock and show a red circle. You will hear the noise of the door locking and unlocking once you tap the circle on your phone. Other things to note 🌳 The little house is in same address as main house. The entrance is on adjacent street. (White fence, second gate by the big 🌳 tree! Gate entrance is to the side street, not necessarily the address as stated on it. Once you conclude the reservation you MUST read check in instructions to know exactly which gate to enter ( It has precise images for easy identification). Please take time to check that out so you don’t feel lost once you arrive at the legal address. No smoking is permitted inside or within 6 ft from doors and windows. Direct booking available
