You’ll have your own private entrance, allowing for privacy and independence throughout your stay. 🔊 Potential Noise: Since the property consists of multiple independent units, there may be occasional noise from neighboring guests. We kindly ask that all guests maintain quiet hours between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. 💡 All-Inclusive Rate – The payment you make covers utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, regular maintenance, and pest control, so you can enjoy a hassle-free stay. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out ✔️ Check-in: 4:00 PM ✔️ Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out may result in additional fees.) 🔒 Home Security & Care ✔️ Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them. 🛋️ Do not move furniture. If necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out. 🦟 Florida Wildlife & Pests: Our homes are treated regularly, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence. 📸 Security Camera A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. 📺 Additional TV Services If guests choose to add or purchase any additional TV packages (such as premium channels or special bundles), the cost must be covered by the guest. Management is not responsible for unauthorized additional charges. 💳 🐶 Pet Policy We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). The fee is $60 for each small dog . All dogs must be declared in advance. ✔️ House-trained & non-aggressive dogs only ✔️ Crate required if left alone indoors ✔️ Leash required when outside ✔️ No pets on furniture – Please bring your pet’s bedding ✔️ Clean up after your pets both indoors & outdoors 🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance ✔️ We follow a rigorous cleaning & disinfection process after every stay to ensure a spotless, safe environment. ✔️ Florida is home to diverse wildlife & insects. While we provide regular pest control, it’s common to see some during your stay. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE 🏠 The property may be subject to annual inspections by the city, bank, or insurance company.
