Perfectly located 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo! Nestled on a public golf course with a wonderful pool area, it is the perfect combination for a peaceful vacation. The condo is centrally located by everything one needs to relax and enjoy the Fort Myers area. We have gone the distance to make your vacation memorable. The spacious condo has adjustable beds, which will provide you sweet dreams. Close to the beaches, shopping, airport, golf, and tons of restaurants. Guests can also enjoy the pool area. The space This condo will surprise you because it's so spacious. Large and very clean rooms with 2 full bathrooms that allows for privacy. 3 beds total, one adjustable king and two queens. (one queen bed is adjustable, too) The adjustable beds are super comfortable snooze machines. The dining room table has room to fit 6 guest, but if you wish to enjoy your breakfast outside the back porch and pool area has additional seating. This home offers all amenities - screen-enclose porch, pool with grill and outdoor shower, games and puzzles for rainy days , WiFi, Smart TV's on each room with free Netflix & Hulu, fully equipped kitchen , and more. Other things to note: - Pool is clean once a week on Tuesdays. Since this is an uncovered pool, there is a chance that leaves may get in the water. There is a pool skimmer available for guest to use. - No parties, no smoking Guest access There is access to the pool in the back that your patio will overlook, The pool has a grill, outdoor shower and a cozy sitting area for you to enjoy. The back porch of the condo has a wonderful view to San Carlos Golf course, public course located less than one minute away. Plenty of cleaning supplies can be found on the front door closet. Other things to note Two parking spots are provided for your convenience. There are additional guest spots for the daytime, but not for overnight parking. Please be aware since the back pool area is adjacent to a golf course sometimes the golfers may hit their golf balls towards the pool area. Also please dont run the ac lower than 74 degrees. No less 72 degrees at night. The AC doesnt get colder during the summer months. Please leave it at 76 degrees when you leave please. All beach chairs, umbrellas, sun blockers, cooler etc is in the shed. The shed is unlocked. Our favorite beach in the area is Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs. Park in the last parking area. Great for shelling, sunsets and relaxing without your shoes.
