2 guests maximum. Additional guests $75/night. All brick built in 1947 convenient in town neighborhood. Quiet getaway. Separate private entrance into a guest suite . On street parking right out front . fenced yard .Hardwood floors. washer dryer. mini fridge , coffee maker. clean . renovated. wifi. big tv. laundry room. The space Largr bedrom which is an addition tio a large brick home buiilt in the 1940s. nnthe room has new paint. hardwood floors. full bath is updated and very clean. Attached private laundry room. Guest access Ample safe on street parking quiet street. I ts a corner house so there is a stop sign out there. Dead quiet at night except some random noise from cars. iI reside in main home which is under renovation. But its not likely you will see me except when you check in. The suites has a door to main house great room which will remain locked. The great room is currently being used for storage of boxes and extra furniture so it is not used. My living space is on the other side of the great room so there is a large buffer between your door and my space. I wont' likely be staying nights while guest is there, however I reserve the right to be there at any time ,as it is my residence. I will absolutely not go in your space without alerting you and that would only be to access laundry or to address a problem with plumbing etc, however if there is an emergency that does nt apply. Similarly, the guest has no right or authority to enter my space without permission from me.
