Welcome to our cozy and peaceful townhome that we thoughtfully nick-named Cape Breeze. Located just steps away from the beach, you can enjoy the ocean and also have a front-row seat to rocket launches! Visit nearby attractions like Port Canaveral, The Cove, Cocoa Beach, and Jetty Park, as well as a number of different local restaurants. If you're interested in Orlando's theme parks or need to catch a flight, we are about an hour's drive. Enjoy the beach, salty air, and relaxation! The space Two story privately owned town home with a detached garage. Both Bedrooms and full bathroom are located upstairs. Master bedroom has a comfy king sized bed and Guest bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin sized bed. Both bedrooms include Roku TVs. There is a half bathroom located downstairs in living room area. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. We include beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, and a wagon so you’ll be well-prepared for some beach fun and relaxation. You’ll be able to enjoy your vacation and make the most of the amenities provided! Guest access During your stay, you'll enjoy complete access to both the house and the detached garage. The small downstairs closet will be reserved for the owners, but you'll still have plenty of room to unwind and make the most of your time here.
