March is now fully booked, but we still have a few limited dates available in April and May. More dates are available in summer months as well. Post Milton and Helene hurricane impact & updates - Luckily, our unit did not sustain any damage since it's located on the second floor - Unfortunately, all first floor units and building shared entrances have been damaged and are now finishing up their rebuild. As a result, our entrances still don't look as pretty as they used to - the walls are now re-painted but the floors are not fully redone yet. Updated as of January 31 2026. Reconstruction (mostly roof replacement in nearby buildings) is now in progress and is expected to be completed shortly. You may still hear some construction noise while roof replacement is being finished in the nearby buildings. - Building entrance floors and stairs are expected to be done soon. We are still waiting on the schedule from HOA - Some buildings in the area have not done their reconstruction and don't look as pretty as they were pre these two devastating hurricanes. - Many restaurants, bars and shops have re-opened (including Toasted Monkey, 82 Degrees, The Buoy Bar & Grill) since hurricanes but some have decided to permanently close (Woody's), and some plan to re-open but have not reopened yet (Willy's Burger). - Since the whole area has been damaged and continues to be re-constructed, there is a chance of the construction noise from any nearby locations. - We will keep our guests posted on any updates related to the post-hurricane impact. Guest access Guests will have full access to Majestic Beach Condo and the Gulf Winds resort heated pool as well as shuffleboard court and equipment. The Condo has electronic lock so guests can check-in any time after the check-in time and don’t need to worry about carrying or losing the key. Lock code is provided to guests no later than 2 hours prior to check-in. Other things to note - Please enjoy your your stay and have a great time in St. Pete Beach! - We provide beach towels, umbrellas and other beach gear with no additional charge (many nearby properties charge for beach towels. Check details before you book) - No parties - Must be at least 22 years old to book. Gulf Winds Resort and Majestic Beach Condo policy (strictly enforced): - NO SMOKING in the condo, balcony or within the Condo area. Must step outside the Gulf Winds premise to smoke - NO PETS are allowed - NO USE OF GRILL on the balcony or inside the unit We also have access to the full spectrum of travel planning services and can help with travel planning for you and your family. ** Please note that St. Pete Beach area is still recovering from the two devastating storms that hit us in the fall of 2024. Some places are still rebuilding so you may hear construction noises during the day time. Some places are still closed but many have reopened and are welcoming visitors.
