2BR Lockoff - Sleeps 6 - Club Wyndham Sea Gardens

This reservation was supposed to be used by a friend this weekend, but they had to cancel last minute due to one of them having Covid so they can't make the trip. Their loss is your gain though as I am listing this at a lower rate than normal if you are looking for a last minute getaway. The resort is situated directly on the beach (most buildings are on opposite side of road however and likely where your room will be). The space The unit is a two bedroom lockoff. If you are unfamiliar with a lockoff unit, what it means is that you will have both a one bedroom unit and a studio unit that are right next to each other and they have a door connecting the living areas (meaning you can go between rooms without having to go out into the hallway). This is ideal for 2 couples that want to travel together and still have their privacy as you can shut the door and have two separate units. It is also nice if you have kids as they can have their own room and bathroom, but you can leave the door open if you want. I included a photo of the floor plan which will hopefully clear things up. The one bedroom unit will have a queen or king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. It will also have a bathroom and full kitchen (please note that the kitchen comes equipped with plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, but it does not come with any oils, spices, or food). The studio will have a queen bed along with a bathroom and kitchenette. So total there are 2 beds, and a queen sofa sleeper sleeping a maximum of 6 people, two bathrooms, a full kitchen , and kitchenette. Both units also come with their own washer and dryer. Please note that due to Covid, there may be some local guidelines that will need to be followed such as the wearing of masks. Feel free to contact me also and I can find out the answer to any of your questions. The Wyndham is a timeshare and I am an owner. As I mentioned earlier, I have already reserved October 8th-11th so I will just need to change the guest name on the reservation. Please be aware, Wyndham requires the person checking in to be at least 21 years old. If you reserve these dates I will change the reservation to your name using a guest confirmation and you will be able to enjoy all of the benefits of the resort. To change the reservation name in the Wyndham system, you will need to provide an address matching your photo ID along with your email and phone number after you book. When you check in, it will be just like checking into a hotel. They will ask for a $150 fully refundable deposit for incidentals (I have never had it not returned). The only difference at check in is that they may ask you to participate in a timeshare sales presentation the following day. They will offer an incentive such as a restaurant voucher, gift card, Wyndham points, or something else and tell you it is 1-2 hours (usually longer). This is by no means a requirement and I highly suggest you just say no and enjoy your vacation. However, the choice is up to you.
