Spacious & Comfortable Bedrooms Master Suite (Upstairs) – King bed, Roku TV, work desk, private bath with walk-in shower, and closet. King Bedroom (Upstairs) – King bed, Roku TV, and closet. Twin Bedroom (Upstairs) – Two single beds, Roku TV, and closet. Queen Bedroom (Downstairs) – Queen bed, Roku TV, and closet. Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos. One on each floor. Entertainment & Outdoor Relaxation 60-in-1 Multicade arcade game and board games for all ages. Private second-floor deck with seating. Outdoor dining area with a Polywood table, six chairs, and an umbrella. Weber charcoal grill for guest use. Bring your own charcoal. Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining Stocked with cookware, a toaster, and a blender. Granite countertops & Whirlpool stainless steel appliances. Drip coffee maker & Keurig, with a starter supply of K-cups and ground coffee. Beach & Local Attractions A short walk (approx. 12 minutes) to Blue Mountain Beach Access. Beach gear provided: Chairs, wagon, umbrella, and toys. Walk to local favorites, including Mimmo's 30a Ristorante Italiano, Cowgirl Kitchen & Blue Mountain Creamery. Four adult bikes are included for our guests to use provided you fill out the info the bike company we utilize requires. 15% discount on additional bike and golf cart rentals. Important Information No pets, no smoking, no parties. Must be 21 or older to book. No early check-ins or late checkouts Parking for up to 3 vehicles (no street parking). Book now and enjoy the ultimate coastal getaway with all the comforts of home! Guest access The address, door code, and other essential info will be sent to your phone 48 hours prior to your check in date. You will get the entire house to yourself. You can park right in front of the house (max 3 vehicles – no RVs, campers or trailers). No street parking. Security: For the safety and security of the owner and guests, there is one security camera that automatically records audio and video only at the outside entrance of the house facing the street. Other things to note Check in: Any time after 4pm CST. Check out: 10am CST. No early check-ins or late check-outs. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins and late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. If you depart late there will be a $50 charge for every 15 minutes past 10am CST. We would also like to remind you of the House Rules: • ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21+ (children with parents are allowed). • MAX CAPACITY OF 8 PEOPLE & 3 VEHICLES. • NO CAMPERS, TRAILERS, or RVs allowed. • NO STREET PARKING • NO SMOKING - Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) is NOT allowed. You will be charged $250 plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent. • NO PETS - You will be charged $250 plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Loud parties are not allowed. Walton County has quiet time from 10pm to 6am. Please adhere to this county ordinance. • Please keep all doors locked when you leave during the day or night.
