Brand new memory foam sleeper sofa mattress, 2 high-end queen mattresses, a Kluft & a Tempurpedic-style memory foam. New stainless tri-clad cookware. Upgraded hi-speed Xfinity Blast wifi. Cable television and local network programming via: Hulu Live TV (golf channel) -or- DirecTV Stream Live TV (golf channel & tennis channel) - your choice. A two-room tiled bath features separate vanities and dressing area, 2 sinks. 2 beach chairs and a large umbrella are there for your use. The dedicated pool for the condos is located at the corner of Sawgrass Dr. @ South Nine Drive, in the interior of the neighborhood, approximately 1 mile from condo. 17 Sawgrass Dr is the physical address. SAWGRASS COUNTRY CLUB - by renting from a member, you have ability to purchase a temporary membership (1 month minimum) which includes access to Beach Club, Golf Club, Fitness, Tennis & all Dining Facilities w/ a personal member charge. Offered once per lifetime/person. For more information please contact SCC membership office. Guest access It is on the second floor, therefore it has vaulted ceilings, however there are steps. THIS IS NOT A GROUND FLOOR UNIT.
