You will want to come back year after year. Walk out the back door to Paradise. Pool is a few steps away from the patio and so is the beach access. YOU MUST BE 25 years or older to rent this unit. No exceptions. ID will be required to be sent after booking. HOA requirements The space This unit is on the ground floor directly on the gulf-front terrace and very close to the picnic pavilion. You can smell the Salt water!!! You must be 25 years old or older to rent this unit. No exceptions! This 3-level condo complex is a hidden gem. From the outside it looks like a motel but in the inside it’s a piece of paradise and once You Walk through the unit and straight out the patio door to the most beautiful view and a very short walk to put your toes in the sand. When you walk out on to the back patio you walk straight into paradise. The great location with the beautiful decor and spacious accommodations. Park right near your unit for easy move-in and walk right out to the terrace and the beach. It's just a few steps to enjoy your lunch or dinner at the picnic table. There's a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room table and breakfast bar. The convenience of the ground floor location paired with room for the whole family will make unit 106 your favorite PCB vacation spot. With two bedrooms and two baths, sleeps 8 and provides plenty of room for your family. Queen and a full bed in the Gulf-side bedroom, so you can sleep in and enjoy a Gulf view from the bed. There's also a King bed in the second bedroom plus a Queen sleeper in the living room. 3 TVs, one in the living room and 1 TV in each of the bedrooms; and there's a full-size washer/dryer right in the unit. Don't fight the crowds in a high-rise! Whispering Seas is a low-rise, family-friendly Gulf-front beach resort, with a pool right on the beach, a Gulf-front terrace with 4 grills and 4 picnic tables. All of our units are non-smoking. Please smoke outside of the condo. This is a wooden structure building. You may hear some noise coming from upstairs' neighbors. The outdoor pool is not heated. Guest access BBQ Grill, Pool, Nearby many attractions, restaurants, stores, shopping, Zoo, Fishing, Deep sea fishing, Golf. Watch the Sunsets, Hear the waves and Smell the salt water. Pool is just a few steps away. Other things to note This condo equipped with a new washer and dryer. Since the dryer is located in the closet by the kitchen. When you use the dryer, the dryer vent heat may affect the temperature in the kitchen and living room temperature temporary. The recommendation is to run a shorter drying cycle and once dryer is OFF, the room temperature will come back to normal. Just give 30 mins or so after dryer is OFF. Best to run dryer in early morning or early evening when the sun has set. BBQ grill is right outside the patio. Pool, Beach Access, Three stories high building, No elevator.
