Walking distance to Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Walmart, Aldi, Publix, Pizza/Mexican/Japanese/Thai/Chinese/IceCream! Near FL 528 beachline-straight shot to Cruises and Beach! The space Studio with full size comfortable bed, full bath w/shower & tub, dinette area, small kitchen w/sink, fridge & freezer, coffee pot & coffee, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.. TV with Roku for all your streaming needs, WiFi, private entrance & yard with outdoor seating… Cozy, cute, convenient location in quiet neighborhood. My husband Dave & I live in the main house out front so we’re close by if needed for anything but respect the privacy of our guests! FYI: we have an indoor house dog but have our own private section of the yard divided by a 6 foot privacy fence. Our dog, Shady, is friendly and doesn’t usually bark. Guest access The tiny house aka “Cozy Cactus” has a private gate (behind our travel trailer) that leads to the backyard where the Cozy Cactus is located with its own private yard and outdoor sitting area. It’s SO Cute!! Other things to note Street Parking is available (residential area). We use the driveway for our personal car/van/truck.
