Nestled in a peaceful and secluded community just minutes from shops and restaurants, our condo offers a comfortable and convenient home away from home. Located on the second floor, our condo features a fully-equipped kitchen, fresh linens and towels, Wi-Fi, and 2 smart TVs. But that's just the beginning. Our memory foam king-size bed, gel memory foam queen sleeper sofa, and black out curtains ensure a restful night's sleep, while families with young children will appreciate the pack and play. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony, complete with beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for your beach outings. Need to get some work done during your stay? Our condo also features a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet, perfect for remote work. But that's not all - the complex offers a host of amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. Take a dip in one of the 3 heated swimming pools, unwind in the sauna, or challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard. The clubhouse features a pool table and library/game room, and there's a BBQ area for outdoor cooking. For your convenience, there are 3 laundry facilities on site, and one assigned parking space right in front of the condo. For larger families or groups looking for more space, we offer an adjacent unit (Beach Oasis + Golden Oasis) that can be combined into a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living room, and 2 kitchen unit. With both units located right next to each other, you can enjoy a shared experience with the convenience of having your own space. Rest assured that we take your safety seriously and clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces before each check-in. Please note that this is a no pets community. Guest access Guests have full access to all the fantastic amenities the community has to offer, including 3 heated pools, BBQ area, carwash station, clubhouse, and sauna. Laundry facilities are also available, with a key required to access 3 separate rooms (washer load cost $2.00, and the dryer is $1.00). Free parking is available on-site, with a parking pass required. Take in the serene lake view and local wildlife, and don't miss the opportunity to feed the fish and turtles. Other things to note Please be aware that the condo is accessible only by stairs, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. However, once you are settled in, you can enjoy easy access to all of the condo's amenities. For the safety of our community, all guests are required to register with the HOA to receive a parking pass. Once you have completed your booking, you will be prompted to provide your email address. You will receive a registration form to fill out, which includes basic information such as names, number of guests, and community Rules & Regulations. Registration is free. It is important to note that Florida has a diverse range of wildlife outside, including bugs, mosquitoes, and lizards. We advise guests to keep the doors closed at all times to prevent them from entering. The property undergoes regular pest control treatments, and we ensure that everything is bug-free before your check-in.
