Guest access The Chestnut is a private minimalist tiny house style room with a keypad lock for easy access and self check-in. The queen sized bed flips up on each side to make a desk. The bed serves as a seat for the desk. Lots of shelf space, clothing hanger, and smart tv with streaming apps ready for viewing. Living area with full kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces, and located in a separate structure just a few steps away from your private entrance. we keep a quiet house, and we love sharing our stylish mid-century Florida home and enjoy meeting new people. feel free to use all common areas including outdoor spaces. this is our minimalist loft, with it's own private entrance, direct to parking lot. with a large workdesk and queen size bed, it packs a lot of features for a low price. same quality, slightly smaller. it is completely separated from the other guest listings, and has its own private entrance. Full house is a separate entrance, and is available for use anytime, including kitchen, bathroom, and common areas. Other things to note we have cameras outside the entrances to the home, facing yards and parking spots for guest security.
