CALYPSO requires that you register online and pay TO THEM a $60 FEE per stay, which includes one parking pass. The space CALYPSO DOLPHIN’S DREAM SLEEPS 6! (2) KING MASTER SUITE with private bath (glass shower with seat) and 50" TV. (2) QUEEN SLEEP SOFA in Great Room with wall-mount 70" Smart TV. (2) BUNK BEDS in the Hallway Alcove with full bath across the hall. Our fully stocked kitchen is beautifully appointed with quartz countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. Keurig and regular drip coffeemakers - Your choice! There's plenty of cookware, and a blender, mixer, and crock-pot too. You will find lots of dishes and glasses, sets of BOTH glass and plastic dishware for the littles! CHECK IN: Park right outside the entrance of Calypso Tower III for up to 15 minutes to load/unload. OR We're on the 3rd floor, so easy to unload from the 3rd floor crosswalk from the parking garage! BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: ORDER ONLINE ($60 per stay) and PRINT YOUR PARKING PASS. This parking pass is required to enter the secured parking garage. After scanning your printed pass to enter, your must place the pass on the dashboard of your vehicle. Unauthorized vehicles parked on Calypso premises are subject to towing at owner's expense. If you need a second parking pass, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for you to purchase an additional parking pass. Other things to note When your book your stay at the Calypso Dolphin, you agree to provide a copy of your DRIVER'S LICENSE and sign our RENTAL AGREEMENT. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE you must PURCHASE ON LINE ($60 per stay) and PRINT YOUR PARKING PASS. The $60 is paid separately and directly to the Calypso Resort Association/ This parking pass is required to enter the secured parking garage. After scanning your printed pass to enter, your must place the pass on the dashboard of your vehicle. Unauthorized vehicles parked on Calypso premises are subject to towing at owner's expense. We are only allowed one parking pass per unit, so. if you need a second parking pass, please LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE so we can make arrangements for you to purchase an additional parking pass online for $60. NO SMOKING/VAPING IN THE CONDO OR AT THE RESORT. if you or a guest need to smoke, please book elsewhere. There is not a designated smoking area. We want everyone to be happy! NO PETS PLEASE. Our grandson is highly allergic. We ask that you please be considerate of our family needs and find another condo if you need for a service animal. Thank you. SERVICE PET POLICY: We fully support our guests who legitimately need assistance animals. Please be aware that fraudulent misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal IS a federal crime under the ADA, as well as under various state and municipal statutes throughout the US, punishable by civil penalties, including fines and jail time. In accordance with the ADA, and FHA regulations, we have the following Rules for our guests with Assistance Animals. This insures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask! •Your Assistance Animal should not be left unattended at any time. •Your Assistance Animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost. •Please provide an advance copy of your Assistance Animal's rabies vaccine (current thru your stay). And all vaccines to date. Current rabies vaccines are required. •Your Assistance Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times. •Your Assistance Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking. •We can ask you to remove your Assistance Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior or obvious lack of sanitation. •Puppies and Service Dogs in-training are not recognized under the ADA. We regret we are unable to accommodate those. •Your service animal must use the bathroom outside. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed. •Please clean up defections in the yard immediately and dispose of the bags properly. We do not provide them, please come prepared. •You are responsible at all times for your Assistance Animal's behavior. While we reasonably expect that your specialty Assistance Animal is well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any additional cleaning, repairs or replacements as a result. Please vacuum or sweep all animal hair prior to departure. WRISTBANDS for the property will be in your condo upon arrival and are required for use of the pool and amenities in Tower III. Amenities in Calypso Tower I & II are off-limits to our guests, however, the overpass crosswalk, beach access, and tiki bar with seating areas, located on the beach between Tower I & II, are open to all guests. SPRING BREAKERS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PARENTS. We love our families who return every year for their children's Spring Break! That's how we started coming to Panama City Beach in the first place, and we continue our tradition to this day with our grandchildren! Having said that... You must be at least 25 years of age to book our condo. Adults cannot book on behalf of underage guests. Parents and legal guardians must reside in the condo during the entire stay. The names and ages of ALL guests (including children) must be listed on our rental agreement at the time the reservation is made, and changes are subject to the owner's advanced written approval. HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED! DOLPHIN'S DREAM is not a party house. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed, and will be cause for eviction without refund. CALYPSO TOWER III = THE PLACE TO BE IN PCB! With everything you could ever want and need within walking distance of our condo, you will be patting yourself on the back for how smart you were to choose THE DOLPHIN for your Beach Getaway to it ALL! Leave the car in the covered parking garage and see for yourself that BEACH LIFE IS GOOD DOLPHIN'S REMINDERS: MUST BE AT LEAST 25 TO BOOK DOLPHIN'S DREAM:) Calypso Tower III is 100% SMOKE FREE! FRESH FAMILY-FRIENDLY AIR HERE! The MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. This is a Calypso Resort Policy. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT CHECK-IN begins at 4:00 PM CST, or sooner if available. CHECK-OUT is at 9:00 AM CST. Late check out may result in a loss of your deposit. **$60 FEE PAID DIRECTLY TO CALYPSO RESORT** INCLUDES PARKING FOR ONE VEHICLE Calypso Resort’s covered parking facility requires a parking pass that must be ORDERED ONLINE for a $60 fee, and printed in advance to scan at the gate for touch-free entry. This pass must be displayed on your dashboard to show that you are authorized to park in the garage. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense, so it is very important that you PRINT AND DISPLAY YOUR CALYPSO PARKING PASS. WRISTBANDS Ensure that 6 bands are on the Crabby Rack when you arrive, and 6 are left on the rack when you check out. Calypso wristbands are required at the pool and common areas. Guest agrees to ensure that all Calypso wristbands are left on the rack in the hallway upon checkout, and agrees to pay a $50 replacement fee for each missing Calypso wristband. DEPARTURE RESPONSIBILITIES Please leave the condominium reasonably clean and in damage free order as per the rental agreement. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the unit is not left in reasonable order. Please start the dishwasher upon departure, clean off all food residue from kitchen areas. Trash must be secured in a plastic bag and disposed of in the conveniently located trash chute at the ends of each outside walkway. NO PETS ALLOWED We love pets too, but some family members are highly allergic, so this would cause a hardship for us. Please find another. SERVICE ANIMALS - Service animals will require appropriate documentation and may not be left in the condo alone at any time. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited on Calypso Tower III property, including balconies. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent and deposit. POLICIES & MAINTENANCE: The property can be used for Residential Purposes only. No sub-leasing. By signing the rental agreement, you and your party agree to obey and follow all the rules and restrictions that apply on the premises, as well as any legal rules and regulations by the local law enforcement agency and the State of Florida. Use of barbecue grills are not permitted on the balcony, or condo property. It is a violation of the fire code to do so and can result in eviction. Only guests listed on your rental agreement may occupy the rented property. No other guests are permitted inside or to stay overnight without prior written permission. You are fully responsible for making your guests aware of all rules. We reserve the right to immediately evict a vacationing party if rules are violated. We (and management personnel) reserve the right to enter the property at any time to conduct necessary work arising from emergency needs. All efforts will be made to notify guests in advance. Non-emergency needs will be handled in a timely manner, usually by the next business day. We are not responsible for loss of any personal belongings of our guests. Guests will indemnify owners and managers and save them harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liability and expense, including attorney's fees and costs in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property arising from or out of the occupancy of use by guests. CONSTRUCTION: Construction and repair may be adjacent to or near this vacation rental property. You may reserve this property at a time when no construction or repair is nearby, but construction or repair could begin prior to your arrival or during your stay. REFUNDS Sorry, no refunds for early departure. There are no refunds for inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to air conditioning, power, cable, internet/wi-fi, elevator, pools, hot tubs or construction projects. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation. We will refund any unused portion of your rent from the date that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation, until the order is lifted. If you are scheduled to arrive during a mandatory evacuation, we will refund the unused portion of your rent if you want to shorten your stay and come in after the mandatory evacuation order is lifted. No refunds for dates that there was no mandatory evacuation. INTERNET/WI-FI WI-FI Internet is available for all properties and will accommodate an average of 3 devices per unit. Because individual device settings may not be compatible with the internet service settings in the property, we cannot guarantee the reliability or connectivity of internet service. VACATION RENTAL TRAVEL INSURANCE We recommend that our guests purchase “cancel for any reason” travel insurance. Travel Insurance provides coverage for personal risks and expenses incidental to planned travel. You might consider InsureMyTrip or TravelGuard.
