The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (1 staircase). Inside the apartment, on the 1st floor you will find the dining area, living room and full equipped kitchen. 2nd floor- 2 rooms with the bathrooms, 3rd floor- a room or a living room with sofa bed, private terrace and a rooftop, bathroom. 4th floor-small rooftop. Guest access Luum Zama is a private, gated community with security guard and controlled access. It is the most luxurious residential area of ​​Tulum. The common areas are: beautiful pool, extensive green areas, spa for your use, Tuuch restaurant (jewel of Tulum), a huge yoga shala ( organic bamboo construction that has become an emblem of Luum Zama) and many more areas. .
