Guest access We will send a Welcome email approximately five days before your arrival that will contain your keyless entry front door code, Wi-Fi information and the beach gate code. There is no need to check in at the onsite Rental Office. Every vehicle on the property requires a parking pass. One parking pass is included with your reservation and will be available at the CSO Entrance Gate Station located at 880 A1A Beach Blvd., St. Augustine, FL 32080 upon your arrival. A second parking pass may be purchased online for $25 provided that you arrange for the pass at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. A link to purchase a second pass will be included in your Welcome email. Please submit the online form and pay for your second parking pass by credit card at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any delays in gaining access to the complex.
