If you want to get out on the gorgeous Lake Travis water, you can walk directly across the road to the Riviera Marina, where you can rent a boat for a few hours or a full day. **Please be extra safe entering and exiting the driveway. The driveway is a tight turn off a local highway and cars go fast without looking!** There is parking for 4-6 cars. Please park in the parking spaces or off to the side so you are not blocking the circle. You will receive your self check-in keypad code a few days before check in. You will be staying in the heart of Hill Country, a quick 25 minute drive from downtown Austin. Rent a boat across the street at Riviera Marina on Lake Travis or soar through the air at Lake Travis Zipline Adventures (both are walking distance from your stay). Easily drive to Volente Beach (4 mins), The Oasis (7 mins), or Hippie Hollow (8 mins). There is ample parking on premises, including a two car garage and plenty of space to park at the top of the driveway. Please try not to block the turnaround at the top of the driveway. Delivery trucks and neighbor’s vehicles need to be able to pass safely. We love dogs and cats and want your pet to enjoy this wonderful place with you. We do allow pets, but your pets must be non-destructive and well behaved. That means your pet must be house trained, does not get up on furniture, and does not scratch doors, windows, or floors. Please wash your pet's paws before coming back inside. No pets on any furniture, period. **We inspect the space after each guest, and reserve the right to charge to repair damages caused by your guests or your pet!** In short: we expect our guests to act like adults, respect the house and our property, and have a great time.
