This best-of-both worlds location offers privacy with excellent proximity to the area’s premier amenities and spectacular views of the Animas valley and the red cliffs that are so iconic to the reasons many are drawn to Durango. Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Trimble Hot Springs are 4 miles from the residence, and there are close-by restaurants, two nearby golf courses, and one of the area’s best grocery stores. The residence backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There is outdoor living space both in front of the townhome and in the back off the master bedroom. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as WIFI, Smart TVs (no cable), Washer/Dryer and linens/towels. There are numerous tower fans in the condo to keep it cool in summer.
