Our 1,450 sq. foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is located 11 miles (less then 15 minutes) north of downtown and 14 miles (15 minutes) south of Purgatory Ski area. This best-of-both worlds location offers privacy with excellent proximity to the area’s premier amenities and spectacular views of the Animas valley and the red cliffs that are so iconic to the reasons many are drawn to Durango. Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Trimble Hot Springs are 4 miles from the residence, and there are close-by restaurants, two nearby golf courses, and one of the area’s best grocery stores. The residence backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There is outdoor living space both in front of the townhome and in the back off the master bedroom. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as WIFI, Smart TVs (no cable), Washer/Dryer and linens/towels. There are numerous tower fans in the condo to keep it cool in summer. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking.
