Rental unit in Montgomery

We have 3 beds: 1 Queen, and a full and twin bunk bed. 1full bath shower. Kitchen and living room. Walking distance to the colleges. We are about 25 min from Charleston Capitol and museum. In the other direction there are a menu of spots to visit. The Kanawha Falls state park, Cathedral Falls, Hawks Nest, New River Gorge, Babcock oldest Grist Mill in the U. S. Fishing, trails, hiking, Mountain climbing! Natures best. Montgomery has Mexican, Chinese, Pizza, Dairy Queen and Franks restaurants. The space Our place is close to the college and could be a great place for visiting college students, or a mid way stop over to another destination. Guest access Our property is very little and is not suitable for children playing. Children are welcome to stay but the property is small. I will soon be building a small deck for grilling and changing the siding on the house. But this immediate property has one value of being of service to those in need of a place to stay. We put a lot into that and hope you will enjoy it. Other things to note This apartment can be accessed by the main road or by the alley in which direction it faces.
