Recently remodeled down to the studs, this modern casita has beautiful finished concrete floors, a generous chef's kitchen, and two private outdoor spaces. The perfect sanctuary to relax under twinkling lights in the spacious yard after a long day of exploring in San Diego! The space This casita is a modern studio space with a full kitchen and full bathroom. There is a brand new queen-sized bed with high thread count sheets and a cozy premium mattress. There is a loveseat couch that faces a 55-inch TV that's logged into Hulu, Nextflix, HBOmax, and Prime Video for your viewing pleasure. The fully fenced front patio faces the street but is set back and private. The fully fenced backyard is spacious and equipped with an outdoor dining table and twinkling market lights - a perfect place to enjoy dinner or breakfast outside in the San Diego sunlight! Guest access The casita is located behind my home, but is entirely private, with a separate entrance and two private outdoor spaces. To access the Casita, you will walk down my driveway, past my car, to your private gate. Guests are welcome to use the driveway to load and unload their cars, but are asked to park on the street (where there is street parking consistently within one block maximum). The backyard has a 7-foot fence that separates it from my backyard. Other things to note PET FEE: The pet fee is $25/night, and will be charged DURING your stay through the app. EV CHARGING there is a Tesla wall charger with an adapter for most other EVs available for your use for an extra charge.
