Island Vibes Seaview Apartment

This apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the blue sea. The beach is within walking distance. The layout is perfect for having a cozy time alone, as a couple or as a family. The location is very central on the island and close to Mambo Beach. Punda, restaurants and the supermarket are also close by. There is a 360-degree view with plenty of wind. You will have enough privacy, and it is safe to stay. If you need a car, just let us know. The space Our tiny house consists of an apartment and large balcony that together is about 70 m2. The nice thing about the house is that you have a view on all sides. There are plenty of windows with shutters with mosquito nets in front of them, so you can feel the wonderful sea breeze blowing through the cottage while you have a view on all sides. There is 1 central bedroom with a double bed. In addition, there are 3 more single beds. These can be reached by stairs. As you can see in the photos, we were inspired by our love for tiny houses during the construction. The roof is high, which has a spatial effect. You can pick mangos from the tree from the balcony while overlooking the sea. The house is not suitable for very small children. For young children under 8 years, please consult with us before booking. The tiny house is centrally located in an original local fishing district, where the fishing boats still bob on the sea. A beautiful new park has been built and is located just in front of us where you can enjoy walking, picnicking, sports or watching the sunset. In other words, not a resort but the charm of a local place Within walking distance you will find Mambo beach, where you can enjoy swimming and where restaurants and shops can be found. There is a supermarket and gas station nearby. Within 5 minutes, there are buses that can take you to the monumental Willemstad (Punda and Otrobanda). Most people choose a car to go anywhere they want and they can easily explore the island. If you need a rental car, please let us know. Parking in front of the door is certainly possible. This apartment includes electricity up to 25 kWh per night. When more is consumed, these extra costs are for the guests themselves. Guest access The apartment upstairs is for you as a tenant. There will be no other people. The view is of the sea. Downstairs we live ourselves, but our garden is on the other side of the apartment. You therefore have ample privacy and you hear little from each other. We live very centrally in an original local neighborhood. Since we are familiar with the neighborhood, it is safe to stay. We also have cameras at the front of the house by the entrance. Other things to note Our tiny house has a well-equipped kitchen. There is hot water. There are fans at each bed. You can sleep with the air conditioning. It is good to know that the air conditioning is not intended to be on non-stop at 18 degrees. The difference with the outside air is then so great. The air conditioning will never be able to reach this temperature. Condensation will significantly shorten the life of the air conditioner.
