The space Our 125 sqm, light-flooded family home in Teltow/Berlin is the perfect retreat for families, groups, and anyone wanting to explore Berlin and Potsdam without sacrificing peace and nature. The Layout: The house spans two floors and offers plenty of space for up to 7 people. Bedroom 1: Cozy double bed. Bedroom 2: Large double bed. Bedroom 3: Cozy double bed and a single bed with a pull-out trundle – perfect as a kids' room for up to 4 children. Living Area: A very large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area for shared meals, satellite TV, and a selection of books and board games for cozy evenings. Bathrooms: The house has 1.5 bathrooms. Towels and freshly made beds are, of course, included upon your arrival! The Kitchen: Whether it's a quick breakfast or a big dinner – the kitchen has everything you need. It is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. For Families with Small Children: Children are more than welcome here! Upon request, we are happy to provide a baby crib and a high chair so you can travel lighter. The Surroundings & Things to Do: A folder with recommendations and information about leisure activities around Teltow, Potsdam, and Berlin is waiting for you in the house. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house and property during your stay. Private Entrance: You enter the property through a lockable garden gate and have a private house entrance. Check-in: Check-in is flexible, contactless, and available anytime after 2:00 PM via a secure key lockbox. Secure Garden: The property is fully fenced. Your children and dogs can roam freely and safely in the garden. Parking: If you are traveling by car, there is a free private parking spot right at the house. The nearest highway is just a 10-minute drive away. Other things to note Outdoor Area: In the summer, our terrace with a table and chairs is perfect for outdoor dining. A BBQ grill is also available for your use! For the little ones, there are two swings in the garden. The Neighborhood: You will be staying in a quiet area with family homes and a Catholic parish. Right across the street starts a nature reserve with forests, fields, and horse pastures – perfect for a morning run or long walks with your dog. Local Amenities: Teltow is very family-friendly. In just a 3-minute walk, you can reach the restaurant "Grimm's Tischlein deck Dich" (which includes a playground) for a relaxing evening out. Cafes, great shopping options, a bird park, and the Teltow Marina are also nearby. Public Transport: The public transport connections are excellent. It's just a 7-minute walk to the S-Bahn train station, which takes you stress-free to major Berlin sights like the Brandenburg Gate in about 25 minutes.
