Urban house for families and Berlin tourists

Single-family house in an urban location with a small, child-friendly garden for up to 7 guests who would like to live very well connected to Berlin and Potsdam. Direct S-Bahn connection to Berlin can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. The journey time with the S Bahn to the well-known sights such as the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz is 25 minutes. Towels and bed linen are provided. Children are welcome guests. We are happy to provide a cot and baby chair on request. The space The house, 125 square meters, has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, one bedroom can be used as a children's room for up to 2 children. The very large light-flooded living room has a sofa bed, living and dining area, satellite TV, books and games. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove (induction), oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, etc. Information on leisure activities around Teltow, Potsdam and Berlin can be found in the accommodation. Guest access The house is entered via a private entrance with a lockable garden gate. It is fully fenced and children and pets can move freely in the garden and on the property. Other things to note Our guests have the opportunity to grill on the terrace in summer and to end the day on the cozy sun island. There are 2 swings for the children. In the immediate vicinity there is a Catholic parish and single-family houses. If you would like to drink a cocktail in the evening or visit a restaurant, Grimm's Tischlein Deck Dich is a 3-minute walk away and you can sit comfortably there. There is also a playground for children here. The landscape protection area on the opposite side with fields, forests and paddocks is available for walking and jogging with or without a dog. Teltow is a very popular area on the outskirts of Berlin with very good public transport. A family-friendly town with a bird park, cafes, shopping and a harbor (Marina Teltow). For guests arriving by car, we have a free parking space directly at the house. Within 10 minutes you are on the next freeway.
