Live Oak Cabin ~Listen to River, Strong WiFi & BBQ

Cozy cabin, with heating, AC, New 50" SmartTV, well appointed with complete kitchenette, private fire pit, and BBQ. Family suite has queen bed, and sofa bed for 2. Beautiful views from your private back deck. Original knotty pine paneling creates a romantic candle-lit glow to interior. Only 3 minutes from Sequoia National Park entrance. The river is out back, perfect for fishing, while being across the street from local favorite, The Totem - a gift shop, BBQ deli & Redwood wine/craft beer bar. The space Vintage built cabins, fully updated, and just 1 and 1/2 miles to the Sequoia National Park Gate. Behind the cabin you will see wild lands. Bears, deer, and other wildlife frequent this property (not to worry, the bears and wildlife are non-aggressive in our area). Bring your camera! You are on vacation, so we do all of the cleaning! Enjoy your holiday, and be carefree. We now have a new powerful WiFi, so our guests can stay connected even in the hills. Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 11am. We wish we could accommodate early arrivals or late departures! We require the full allotted time for cleaning and to reset the home for guests. Our Cleaning Protocol : •All surfaces are washed with soap, water and then thoroughly disinfected. •Disinfect frequently touches surfaces: light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, faucet handles, and more. •Wash all linens and towels in hot water, and dry at highest setting. Bleach used for whites. •Fresh bedding and blankets are put in dryer for 30 minutes at highest temperature before set for guest arrival. •We provide new wrapped sponges, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, surface spray or wipes for guests. Guest access The entire cabin is yours, along with a redwood fenced private picnic & BBQ area. Other things to note We have a drip coffee maker, filters and ground coffee. Please print out your door code, and gate code to bring with you. This insures you will not have unnecessary delays with entry, in case your reception drops in the hills. We have two cell towers in Three Rivers, AT&T and Verizon. Verizon is a weak signal and AT&T strong. We have great WiFi at the cabin. In The National Parks area, we also suggest guests who need voice option, who do not have AT&T, bring prepaid AT&T phones for roadside and medical emergencies. You will be super convenient to the Sequoia National Park, just 1 and 1/2 miles away. The Totem wine room, deli, BBQ and gift shop is just a walk across the street. We provide propane for BBQ and fire pit. *We don’t offer refunds for weather, park closures or changes in your itinerary.
