IN ADDITION TO YOUR RESERVATION TOTAL A 6% COUNTY TOURIST DEVELOPMENT TAX ON YOUR TOTAL RENTAL RATE WILL BE COLLECTED AT CHECK IN. Guest access CHECK IN IS 4 PM AND CHECK OUT IS 10 AM. Print your Rental Agreement and bring with you. You will need to provide your Photo ID at the Guard Gate when you enter Ocean Village. You will be given an access code to enter the condo on your own.
