Set in a sleepy suburb within walking distance to the local shops and your choice of 4 parks. 50m to the closest cafe and 5min drive to Belconnen shops. Fully fenced, airconditioned, separate working space, dog amenities, electric blanket and washer/dryer combo. The space The space is private and you will have it to yourself. It is a granny flat arrangement attached to the back of our house with its own entry and fenced backyard. There is one internal shared wall and so there is some sound transference (comparable to apartment living).
