The home is situated at the end of the street in a quiet and safe neighborhood which makes it a perfect getaway for friends and family to unwind and recharge. It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a stocked kitchen. With its convenient location, top attractions, restaurants, and more are within driving distance! The space *This home is situated in a peaceful neighborhood so please be mindful of our neighbors* Living Room: Gather around the sofa to binge watch your favorite shows and movies on our 65” smart TV or play popular board games such as Monopoly, Scrabble, and Jenga. Room 1: This room can be used as a dedicated workspace to hold important meetings and calls and catch up on work during the day. While at night, turn this room into sleeping quarters with the twin daybed and twin trundle. Room 2: This room is furnished with a queen-sized memory foam bed, a closet, nightstands with USB outlets, and full-length mirrors. Room 3: This room is furnished with a queen-sized memory foam bed, a closet, and nightstands with USB outlets. Room 4: This room is furnished with a king-sized memory foam bed, a 42" TV, a closet, and its own bathroom. Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator and stove, microwave, toaster, and Keurig. Kitchen utensils, serving dishes, bakeware sets, and other tools can be found. The breakfast nook can seat 4 while the wooden dining table seats 6 comfortably. Exterior: Front porch is furnished with two rocking chairs. Guests may park up to 4 cars in gated driveway. Occasionally, neighbor's music can be heard during the day. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, front yard, and gated driveway. The garage will not be available during the stay. Other things to note This home is located on the same lot with two other units behind it. Guests will have their own driveway and entrance and will not need to interact with others during their trip.
