The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of the "Le Cannicelle" villa, a modern three-story villa built in a traditional style, 56 meters above sea level, in an enviable position from a panoramic and landscape point of view, with a breathtaking view that stretches for miles along the coast of Cilento and Maratea. The apartment has independent access from the villa's garden and features a large and bright panoramic living room from which you can access the three bedrooms. In the living area, there is a fireplace decorated with Vietri majolica that makes the stay pleasant even in the colder months. The spacious kitchen overlooking the sea is suitably equipped for preparing tasty lunches. From the south side of the living room you can access the portico, also panoramic, whose large local stone arches offer breathtaking views of the surrounding area. A short flight of rock stairs leads to the villa's tavern, furnished in rustic style, all in local stone and chestnut wood, where, against the backdrop of a magnificent Mediterranean panorama, you can taste the delicious grilled dishes prepared on the barbecue. All rooms are bright and furnished with style and elegance. The air conditioning system promotes a pleasant stay even in the warmer months. The nearest beach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and the “marina” of Villammare is less than 2 kilometers away. Although it is possible to go to the beach on foot, we recommend using the car as the last part of the road leading to the villa is uphill. Other things to note The published prices include all utilities. In fact, the price includes water, gas and electricity consumption. The living area and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, except for the kitchen. Bed linens are changed weekly; towels are changed twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday). Pool towels are not provided but can be rented on site at an extra cost. The tourist tax of the municipality of Vibonati (€1 per night per person in the summer months) is to be paid on site upon arrival. Children up to 10 years old are exempt. No extra fees.
