Two-tone train home! Pet friendly, King Bed!

Welcome to the two-tone train home! Our train-themed home is centrally located off Henderson street and about a mile from the downtown traffic circle. We offer a king bed, two twin beds and a full-sized pull out couch. A small laundry and dryer are located in the basement for those needing longer stays. We also provide a 65 inch roku tv ad well as a myriad of board games and a foosball table for family friendly tournaments! The space This house is cozy and comfortable, being roughly 700 square feet. It offers a full sized kitchen, with everything needed to cook a family dinner. Beautifully remodeled bathroom with stand-up, walk-in shower. We offer a king size bed with ample storage for clothes and a dedicated work space for traveling workers. Additionally, we have a trundle bed consisting of two twin beds. In the living room we offer a full-sized pull out couch with a 65 inch TV and plenty of games for the kids. In the basement we have a small washer and dryer for those not wanting to go to the laundry mat. Additional info: We love sharing our home with all our guests. However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage we will only accept booking requests from: -- Renters who are above the age of 25. --Renters who will be staying during the reservation and are not booking for someone else. Although we are pet friendly, we do require a $100 pet fee as we have had to replace sheets, carpets, and blinds from our furry guests. Please do not flush any flushable wipes as they will clog our plumbing Other things to note Although we do have a small washer and dryer, they do take a while to do laundry. The washer is large enough to hold bedsheets and about 4 towels. It also has a 15-minute quick wash cycle. The dryer is even smaller and may take 2 hours or more to dry that same load mentioned above. If this does not suit your needs, there is a laundry mat less than 1 mile from the house. ***As with most homes in this area, we do get the occasional bugs in the basement. These include asian beetles, spiders, water bugs and the occasional cockroach. We do have the basement and outside foundation sprayed once per month. We just do not want any guests to be surprised if there is a dead insect in the basement.***
