Welcome to the Starved Rock Retreat! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is located on Ottawa's southside. This home is located 8 miles from Starved Rock, 2 miles from downtown Ottawa, and only 2 blocks from Kroger Grocery. Enjoy your day hiking Starved Rock, then come home and relax with dinner on the back patio. Cap the night off with a family game night around the pool and ping pong table, play pacman, or skee ball! The space This ranch house is spacious providing an open concept floor plan and no steps in the home. It offers a full-sized kitchen, with everything needed to cook a family dinner. There is a beautifully remodeled master bathroom off of the master King bedroom, as well as a full bathroom shared between the two queen bedrooms and the dual twin bedroom. Each bedroom offers ample storage, and the master bedroom offers a dedicated workspace for traveling workers. In the living room we offer a full-sized pull-out couch with a 58-inch Roku TV and plenty of games for the kids in the kitchen Cupboard. Finally, the entertainment room boasts a full sleeper futon, an additional TV, a full-size pool table and a ping pong table topper. The game room also has a 14 games in 1 pacman arcade game, and a skee ball game. Additionally, the entertainment room also has a washer and dryer. Additional info: We love sharing our home with all our guests. However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage we will only accept booking requests from: -- Renters who are above the age of 25. --Renters who will be staying during the reservation and are not booking for someone else. We are pet friendly, but we do require a $150 pet fee as we have had to replace sheets, carpets, and blinds from our furry guests. **Although there are no steps in the home, each shower requires you to step-up into the shower, and there are no grab bars installed at this time. Guest access The smart lock to the house is in the front of the house facing Cherokee st. There is an additional parking space behind the house on the gravel driveway in front of the garage.
