DoubleBed peaceful Terrace near Cabanyal beach

Centrally-located, one block from Cabanyal, peaceful double room, comfy, newly renovated, with work desk, big ceiling fan, an open minikitchen with a shared interior terrace. You will be close to everything. We are a 7 min bike ride to the beach and 10 minute bike ride to Ciudad de las Artes Park. 5 minute walk to metros maritim serreria or ayora. Supermarket downstairs. TV, washer, dryer, foldable bath tub, filtered water to drink, dishes, etc. The space This is a private bedroom in a shared apt. Although it feels more like a 3 bedroom apt because when I lived here, I renovated the apt so my son and I would have total privacy in the 3 bedrooms at the end of the hall and we put a sliding door that can disconnect this side from the other one, where we have 3 more bedrooms. Each side has their own kitchen, their own bath and dining table. So in total its a 6-bedroom-apartment (2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 1 kitchen table, 1 big interior terrace, 2 washers, 1 drier, weekly cleaning of communal areas and bills included. -Valencia is a very old city, in warm months,has many bugs including flying roaches. We fumigate the apartment twice a year in April and again in July and some summers we see almost nothing, but sometimes when guests forget their terrace doors open, they fly in and die fast. I absolutely hate roaches and do all I can to keep them out but like I said, in warmer months, between April-Sept you could eventually see one before they die. I leave sprays around the house in the hallway just in case. The advantage of staying on a 1st floor, is the big terrace with a house vibe. - If you are booking for July and August, the big ceiling fan plus the small table fan help during the HOT valencian summer, but as it is an interior room there is not much ventilation. 95% of guests do not complain but if you are sensitive to heat, you might need to book a room with AC in Valencia. Other things to note this is my favorite neighbourhood in Valencia because we are one street away from the famous Cabanyal area, their bars, restaurants. We have 2 metro stations 5 minutes away (Ayora and Maritim Serreria) and we are halfway between the beach (7 min bike ride or 20 min walk) and the Ciudad de las artes in the Jardin del Turia Park. There are scooters to rent, taxis, bus. and metro stations everywhere. Not very touristy so local prices and people. There are gyms, public swimming pools, cafes, kids parks
