Welcome to A Shore Thing! We are the ONLY home in the area with a fenced-in lot-sized yard that is next to the Hampton River and Seabrook Beach. Enjoy everything from fishing and swimming at Seabrook beach, to walking down to the Hampton Strip for the Casino, Arcades and Fried Dough! The yard is yours to use and/or split with the other side! 7 day stays (Sat to Sat) in the summer. FYI: No washer/dryer, AC and no towels provided! The space The bedrooms in the home are designed to be comfortable and relaxing. Guests can enjoy a king, three queens and 1 full sided bed. Each of these bedrooms has a fan, luggage holder and furniture so you can spread out. Master: King w/ private bathroom (2 guests) Bedroom two: Queen w/ closet (2 guests) Bedroom three: Queen (2 guests) Bedroom four: Full w/ closet (2 guests) Bedroom five: Queen bed w/out closet Bedroom six: Queen bed w/ closet Bedroom seven: Twin bed w/out closet *Per request of former tenants* In addition to the comfortable and convenient bedrooms, our vacation home features smart TVs throughout the house with FireTV and high speed internet. Feel free to login and enjoy your favorite shows. Additionally, for those rainy days, we also added board games to help make memories with the family. The lawn has two chests with beach games/activities and the other chest has lawn based activities. Located on Campton Street, a charming and spacious two-family property located in the desirable town of Seabrook, NH. Situated in a peaceful residential walkable neighborhood, this property offers a fantastic opportunity for comfortable and convenient living. The family getaway is located between Hampton River and Seabrook Beach - both are under 5 minute walks! The house connects on the first floor with a walkway door connecting both sides to accommodate large parties! This is the perfect destination for guests looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway. With the ability to sleep 13 guests, there is plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The lawn is truly a gem next to a sandy oasis. The fenced in backyard amenities include chairs, yard games, beach toys and plenty of fun for a family wiffleball game. Whether you're relaxing on the lawn in the sun with the kids or soaking up the sea at the Hampton River/Seabrook beach, the yard will be a highlight! Somethings you NEED to know about: 1. No Washer and Dryer. Laundromat is just down the road. 2. Lawn is shared between both sides of the property. 3. No pools allowed or fire-pits. 4. Sheets will be provided but many guests bring their own, which is fine. 5. Towels are not provided. 6. This is a beach house and there is sand. We kindly ask that you wash your feet on the lawn with the provided hose. 7. Board games and yard games are provided to some extent to help with rainy days. We can't control the rain! 8. Cosmetically, the house is older from the 80s. We plan on updating someday soon, but are trying to keep this as affordable as possible for families. 9. No AC on premises! 10. We have a rental agreement + a refundable deposit to rent the house. This is through a third party website! 11. There are stairs to both sides of the house and to the second floor. Be mindful!
