The space The apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed, ideal for a peaceful rest. The living room, with an inviting sofa and a dining table, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying social moments. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your meals. The complete bathroom ensures all the necessary comfort. For added convenience, the apartment has air conditioning, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable channels. Guest access The guest has access to the entire apartment, including the private bedroom, full bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a kitchen with utensils. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Other things to note In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, a fee will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price on request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, and monthly visits for this purpose are expected.
