Living & Dining: • Cozy living room with leather Poly & Bark sofas, fireplace, blankets, and a 55" Roku TV for movie nights. • Well-stocked kitchen with oak cabinets, coffee station (full pot & individual servings), and sliding door access to the pool area. • Enjoy morning coffee indoors or on the large outdoor patio by the pool. Bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: Bright, sunny room with a king-size bed (Lucid mattress), full-sized closet, and dresser. • Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (Lucid mattress), bunk bed with pull-out trundle, and spacious closet, ideal for families. Recreation & Relaxation: • Outdoor Oasis: Large 18'x36' heated swimming pool (8 1/2' deep) with diving board and slide. Open May 1st - October. Heating schedule: May (85-88°), June (82°), July/August (no heat), September (82-85°), October (85-88°). Dates and temperatures are approximate; please inquire if booking near these periods. The pool is closed during winter months. • Hot Tub: Spacious, year-round hot tub comfortably seats 7, located near the pool. • Game Room: Huge heated/AC game room adjacent to the pool, featuring ping pong, air hockey, NBA arcade games, foosball, 60" Roku TV, and a lounge area with a massage chair. • Outdoor Living: Poolside pergola with seating and outdoor TV, large grassy yard with a fire pit, and a hammock. Charcoal grill available (bring your own charcoal). • Nature's Retreat: Backyard slopes down to the beautiful Turkey Creek, offering a serene spot to watch nature unfold. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to all spaces shown in the photos, ensuring an exclusive and enjoyable stay. Other things to note • For your safety and security, there are two active security cameras on the property recording audio and video: one outside the front door and one at the back door. • Pool heating schedule varies by month; please inquire if booking near the start or end of the pool season for exact temperatures. • A charcoal grill is provided; guests must bring their own charcoal. • There is an authentic Asian restaurant right next door to the property that creates amazing smells and is soooo convenient to call an order into and then pickup minutes later. such a fun bonus! • ABSOLUTELY NO charging electric vehicles at the property unless you have written permission and pay for your electric usage.
