Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. A short walk from Ball State's Campus and IU Health. Nestled in a peaceful and family friendly neighborhood. Plenty of room to stretch out in this large 4 bedroom house centered on an expansive wooded corner lot with a sea of grass and shade. Guest access No attic or basement access at this time. Other things to note A few disclosures: *** Security Camera: There is one “Ring” security camera mounted to the outside of the carport that monitors the properties driveway to keep guest’s vehicles safe and secured. The camera is equipped with motion activated floodlights and capable of both audio and video recordings. ***Alarm System: The house is equipped with a “Ring” alarm system which has magnetic sensors connected to exterior doors and some windows. It Does Not have any video or audio recording capabilities. It is merely installed to secure the house when house is unoccupied for extended periods of time. The alarm will not be armed when guests are present. If you would feel more secure during your stay then feel free to ask your host (Staci) for a code for arming/ disarming the system. ***There is a train that runs close by the house. The schedule is random, so we cannot tell you when it will pass by. ***There are no blackout curtains in the bedrooms. ***Because of the location of the washer and dryer (in the downstairs closet), the washer can be somewhat loud depending on the cycle.
