This listing includes a high-privacy fence & gated parking for up to 7 cars. The space This 10 bedroom, 10-1/2 bathroom newly renovated property can sleep up to 26 guests! The property is made of three buildings (4 units): The front duplex: Units A & B and the two rear guesthouses: Units C & D. Each has their own kitchen, living, dining and sleeping quarters. There is an access door located in the bottom of Unit A duplex to connect the two units (A &B) on the inside, before climbing the stairs. The fully equipped kitchens and adjacent dining areas are where you'll get to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, setting the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the home very bright during the day, accenting the hardwood floors, and enhancing the luxurious ambiance. The entire property has ten comfortable bedrooms: 3 in Unit A, 4 in Unit B, 2 in Unit C, and 1 in Unit D; each featuring 5☆-resort comforts that allow you to rest after an exciting day of Houston adventures. This listing is for the whole property. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property within the fenced/gated areas and includes parking for up to 7 cars behind the gates. Any additional cars will need to use the free parking on the street. We provide self check-in using smart locks.
