Step out back and enjoy everything the back patio and spacious yard have to offer. Guests can enjoy a meal from the gas grill, spread out and enjoy yard games, converse around the fire table, or just sit and take in the tranquil sounds and the peaceful setting! The front porch boasts wooden wrapped columns to complete the rustic look. Sit back in the rocking chairs and watch the wildlife roam or stop to nibble on the grounds. THIS HOME WILL BE TRANSFORMED INTO A MAGICAL CHRISTMAS COTTAGE, SURE TO BRING JOY INTO YOUR HEART FROM MID-NOV to JAN 1 EACH YEAR! Guests should expect this unit to be fully decorated in its holiday glow-up, from mid-Nov until the 1st of the New Year or beyond, depending on availability in the booking calendar to swap out decor. Guest access The home is entirely yours to use. We have locked off one closet to store essentials of the home upon turnover. Keyless access, with a unique code just for your stay, makes it convenient to check in to the home on your schedule. The home sits on over 3 acres, allowing plenty of room to spread out, park a boat or trailer, watch the deer, or play a game. Other things to note There’s plenty of space for boat parking! We have a large circle drive that allows for easy entry and exiting when pulling a boat or trailer. Fishermen will appreciate the boat hookups as well as a water spigot to fill live wells. If you are into learning more about the Amish heritage, you will love that we are just 20 minutes away from the heart of Amish country. A short trip will allow you to experience many Amish stores featuring handmade items of all sorts. You can even take a buggy ride or enjoy an authentic Amish cooked meal with a family if you wish.
