We have locked off one closet to store essentials of the home upon turnover. Keyless access, with a unique code just for your stay, makes it convenient to check-in to the home on your schedule. The home sits on over 3 acres so there’s plenty of room to spread out, park a boat, watch the deer, or play a game. We do not live on property, but should you need anything at all during your stay, we are a phone call or text away. We are confident you will come on in, cozy up, and not want to be bothered, but we are aware things can break or you may need guidance around the area. We are here to help! Conveniently situated just minutes from many activities and resources. Boating, camping, golf, hiking/riding trails, theatre style shows, boutique shopping, and dining are all within a 5-10 minute drive. When you are ready for peacefulness, head right back to the cottage. The home is located on a dead end road that ends at corps ground. If you are the adventurous type, walk on down to the lake through the wooded area for some fishing or just to check out the views! Plenty of space for boat parking! We have a large circle drive that allows for easy access and exiting when pulling a boat. Fishermen will appreciate the boat hookups as well. If you are into learning more about the Amish heritage you will love that we are just 20 minutes away from the heart of Amish country. A short trip will allow you to experience many Amish stores featuring handmade items of all sorts. You can even take a buggy ride if you wish.
