With the best location in Curitiba, in the Batel neighborhood, our incredible space has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Space for up to three guests, 1 king-size bed and a single sofa, 2 ceiling fans, 2-door refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, equipped kitchen, gas shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV and home-office space. The condominium has a laundry room, fitness center, market, heated pool, among other amenities. *NO PARKING SPACE The space Our space has everything the guest needs for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and living room are integrated, and the bedroom is in a separate space (but not separated by a door). Fully equipped kitchen (we do not have an oven), with all the necessary utensils for preparing a good meal, a water filter and basic kitchen spices available for the guest's convenience. Living room and bedroom share the same 40" swivel TV, 2 ceiling fans (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), king size bed and single sofa. We also have a home office space. Bathroom with a gas shower. Electronic lock for access. We do NOT have parking or air-conditioning. The living room does not have blackout blinds, only the bedroom does. We DO NOT provide a heater Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and the following common areas: - Gym - Swimming pool - Laundry room - Living areas and patios - Game room - Laundry room - Grocery store Other things to note WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING WE DO NOT HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING WE DO NOT PROVIDE HEATERS Pets are not allowed and we also do not recommend it for small children, as windows do not have a protective net. Additional cleaning: cleaning and changing bed and bath linens has an additional cost of R$ 100.00, please request. We offer: 1 set of towels per guest/reservation, additional sets will be charged separately (R$ 10.00 set) and 1 set of bed linens, depending on the number of guests. Towels returned at the end of the stay will be charged R$ 50 per piece and stained bed linens will be charged R$ 100 per piece.
