Picturesque hobby farm on 4 acres inside the city, perfect for family gatherings! Listing is for the full 2nd floor of the Farmhouse and guest cottage (sleeps 14), Pool and beautiful barn. Summer Berry picking, ping pong, basketball, pickleball, soccer, swings. Pool open Memorial day - Labor day. A handful of extra guests are welcome -pls ask first . Barn available for guests/family but no big parties/events with unlimited folks. Airbnb hosts on site to clean pool/etc. The space Swimming is at your own risk. Owners do not assume risk. Please ask permission for other folks to visit property. No more than 20 around/swimming in pool. If you want to have a family gathering outside or in the barn, we ask that you keep it to no more than 40 folks. If you want us to set up tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc, there will be an additional fee for our time to do this. Airbnb rental is primarily on second level of farmhouse and in cottage. Farmhouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, family room, kitchen and eating area as well as downstairs study. There are two farmhouse entrances - through suite by pool and front door. Cottage is petite and has 2 bedrooms. Best for families with young children. Barn use for individuals staying. Guest access Guests may access full property outside and barn area. We have a BBQ, and extra tables and chairs and small tent. Other things to note In the farmhouse suite - the main bedroom has an adjacent bedroom (yellow bedroom) connected through a little hallway. Guests in adjacent bedroom need to travel through main suite bedroom to access main living area, kitchen and bathroom. There are locks on doors. Parents may want yellow bedroom and kids in suite bedroom for most privacy. For the other farmhouse bedrooms - guests can use downstairs study and front door and travel up to the suite entrance off the pool to gain access to 2nd floor family room and kitchen. Or they can travel through yellow bedroom and suite bedroom to access communal space.
