Farm With Private Lake

Lovely secluded farm in the center of the beautiful Bohemian Alps area of Nebraska. The space Cottonwood Creek Reservoir is a 30 acre lake. The lake was drained by authorities 3 years ago, but refilled by rain. Most of the larger fish are gone for the moment, but there are still ample smaller fish and of course wildlife attracted by the fish. We do have a fishing boat and pedal boat that are sometimes available for guest use but please ask in advance for your particular stay; or please bring your own boats or floats. There is a small boat launch. Sorry, the water trampoline is not out. The cabin has a large outdoor patio overlooking the lake and large yard with romantic, black walnut trees on one of the more beautiful properties in Nebraska. Water view is expansive from the house. Have a campfire and roast s’mores. Head inside for the indoor fireplace and large TV with Sonos surround system. All the comforts of home with the serenity and peace you shall not soon forget. Cottonwood Lake Reservoir is a little piece of heaven. Just 1 hour from Fremont, Omaha, or Lincoln. Our farm is an 80 acre parcel. Western 1/3 of the lake belongs to the neighbors but there are no other houses on the lake and no other homes can be seen. The property is situated in a valley and it’s not visible from the road. Complete peace and quiet. Fiber optic Internet, mesh WiFi, and printer allows guests to work from home. Beds will sleep 10 comfortably. Bring your extended family. Many additional RVs may be parked in the yard for an unforgettable week. RVs welcome . 1 electricity hookup is available for $20 per day. Tent camping is also possible for additional guests. Farm-style fire pit in the front yard is supplied with wood. Master bedroom is large and extremely romantic and would be a wonderful place to spend a honeymoon. Don’t miss the massage chair! So please exercise extreme care if standing or walking on it. But no worries, the comfy chairs on the patio have the best view of the entire property! Other things to note House is non-smoking. Water is 5 feet deep at the end of the dock so please no diving. You may burn wood in the fireplace inside the house, if you allow the coals to cool and then remove them yourself.
