In addition, you will have access to the lobby, which was designed by renowned local artist Natalie McDonald, and the building's fitness center. Other things to note: - There is an accessible ramp at the left-hand side entrance of the building - Parking details will be provided after booking. The gated lot has covered and uncovered options. - Pets are welcome for $25+tax/night (2 pet max, capped at $250+tax/month) - $250 Security Deposit, or Damage Waiver, is to be collected at Check-In * - ID photo and selfie submission are required for ID verification * - Booking must be made by a guest 21+ years of age * * These steps are required. Reservations are not eligible for refunds if these steps are not completed. Throughout the Rental Period, the Guest shall, and shall ensure that the Rental Party and any Visitors to the Rental Unit shall abide by the following rules: Reservations may require a $250 security deposit, in the form of an authorization hold, or a $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver, starting at $50 for a one night stay. Prior to check-in, we will send you a link to a payment portal to collect this hold. As per the building rules we operate, we require you to e-sign this waiver before checking in. Regulations require us to request a photo submission of your ID before you can check in. We will send you a pre-check-in link to satisfy the requirements of house rules 1-3. Refusing to comply with these measures does not make your reservation eligible for a refund. The following is strictly prohibited during your stay: a. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Noise and smoking detecting technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of our non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of our house rules. Violations are subject to fines, starting at $250, for each occurrence in order to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. b. Dangerous or hazardous items (e.g., those that may increase the risk of fire or explosion such as candles or lighters). c. Firearms and other weapons (except those rightfully possessed by on-duty or off-duty law enforcement officials or licensed security guards). d. Commercial photography/videography without written consent. e. Illegal activity, pornography production, or prostitution. f. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation. g. Making any change, modification, alteration, or addition whatsoever to the unit or its contents (including moving furniture around). h. Soliciting or loitering around the space or building. i. Creating unsanitary conditions (e.g., generating excessive trash or offensive odors or attracting pests). Only members of the Rental Party are permitted to stay overnight in the Rental Unit. Anyone else the Guest allows in the Rental Unit (a "Visitor") is the sole responsibility of the Guest and is strictly forbidden unless approved by The Company. Check-in is at or after 4 pm on your check-in day. Checkout is at or before 11 am on your check-out day. Early check-ins and late checkouts may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, starting at $55 per hour (pro-rated) after 11:30 am. and are subject to the full BAR rate for an extension if they have not checked out by 2 pm. Pet Policy: a. Pets are welcome for $25+tax/night (2 pet max) b. Service Animals may stay at no extra charge, but please inform us before arrival. c. Pet fees are capped at $250 + tax per month Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or will be charged via other means. For your and our staff’s safety, masks are encouraged in any public area, including but not limited to the lobby, elevators, and hallways. Public and common areas of the building, such as hallways, parking, and the lobby, operate video surveillance devices. Guests are responsible for covering the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. No Mail or Package Deliveries a. Guests are not permitted to have mail or packages delivered to the property. b. Use local postal services or package holding facilities for your delivery needs. c. Any deliveries to the property will be declined or returned to the sender. We are not liable for any lost or returned items. ON-STREET PARKING Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two. The area near this unit usually has a little street parking available. Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited. OTHER OPTIONS For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations. Otherwise, we recommend getting around the city using Uber or Lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you!
